Cambridge's Choir of Kings College • Saint Thomas Church • April 1 2019

This brought back memories of my brief two years of training with the Tölzer Knabenchor in Munich, in my pre-teenage years. Listening to this magnificent group of singers, I thought that one cannot gift a boy a better opportunity than to sing in a choir. There they were, cute and disciplined, sounding like angels, in touch with something great that they cannot yet fully comprehend but will learn to appreciate fully and be grateful for later in their lives. The tools they are acquiring here are priceless. The work is very demanding and technical. The intergeneration union is another element that makes this so special. It lays down the groundwork for virtually everything that is good about humanity.
